A walk with a discussion about what clothing to wear and bring, tents, sleeping bags and safety equipment needed for a winter walk on Dartmoor or any hills in the UK (not mountains). Camping is optional and will depend on your tent, sleeping bag and the weather expected on the weekend which can be decided the day before if needed. I always like to camp in the winter, the long nights are a good excuse for a long read after a cosy evening in the pub for dinner or cook outside if at all possible.
